newspaper_boyWe here at Access Health Care are pleased to announce that June 1st marks the beginning of our 9th year as an organization. It is hard to believe how far we have come over the course of the last 9 years and we would not be where we are without the help of our physicians and all of the support staff. However, most importantly we would not be here without you, our patients. We are very thankful that you have chosen us for all of your health care needs. So, we would like to take a minute to say "Thank You"!

There are many other events stirring here at Access Health Care, in which we are excited to share with you. Please make sure you and your loved ones attend one of the many WellCare FoodBank events we have scheduled throughout the month of June. You may inquire, "What happens at a foodbank?" hamburguerThere are 3 key elements to keep with you in your quest for weight loss:
  • Understanding the reason why it is so important.
  • Developing a plan to sustain for life.
  • Role modeling for your family, friends and fellow humans in all generations.

Let us look at each item.

You have seen a million ads, a million offers, a million "solutions" and a billion-dollar industry just take off with your willingness and your dollars while seeing minimal or unsatisfactory weight loss results. The reason for this is the genius of marketing that promises you fantastic bodies all the while fully aware of your likely failures. The human mind is easily seduced when it believes in what it hears almost without fail!!! Amazing, isn't it?

There are 2 ingredients for weight loss

I have no limits,

no center or boundary.

I am shown as a circle,

yet I overflow all circles.

I change things to themselves,

if they add themselves to me.
