Interventional Cardiology – Board Certified

Doctor Mahmoud Nimer, M.D. holds Board Certifications in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Disease, and in Internal Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has been in private practice in the Brooksville area since 1994. Dr. Nimer received his medical degree from the University of Jordan in Amman, Jordan and completed a number of fellowships. He completed his fellowship in interventional cardiology at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts; a Fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at the University of Massachusetts Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts; and a Fellowship in Preventive Cardiology University of Massachusetts Medical Center. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Worcester City Hospital, Massachusetts and a Residency in Family Medicine at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. He has also been published on Noncardiac surgery in the cardiac patient in Intensive Care Medicine

Dr. Nimer maintains hospital staff privileges at Oak Hill Hospital, Spring Hill Regional and Brooksville Regional Hospital in Hernando County as well as the Regional Medical Center at Bayonet Point in Pasco County.

We have specialist within our Medical Group and many of our doctors are board certified in Internal Medicine, and family practice. Our offices are located throughout the state, but we have many offices in Spring Hill, Brooksville, Largo, Hudson, Tampa, and Beverly Hills Florida. Many of our Providers are PCP and work with Medicare.
